there is a problem that how to secure your alternate,i recommended that create ur gmail alternate, and then get 2-step verification code with ur mobile,so every time that id login with any computer it sends verification code to ur mobile then that id is login with that code.

Bro you will go to setting of your account,there is a option of 2-step verification code...and more info take help with google search...
